Where's my order?
You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships, usually within 24 hours of ordering. Check your spam folder if it's been longer than 2 days.
Can i change or cancel my order?
We process orders as quickly as possible, so please contact support@lvlthelabel.com as soon as possible after placing your order. While we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations, we’ll always do our best to help.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please double-check your shipping details carefully at checkout, as you are responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery address.
If you realize you made a mistake with your address, please email us as soon as possible at support@lvlthelabel.com
Because we process and dispatch our orders quickly, we cannot guarantee that we can change the address in time. However, if your order has not been shipped yet, we will gladly do our best to update it for you. If the package has already left our warehouse and is en route with the carrier, unfortunately, we can no longer make any changes.
International orders
Please note that orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local import duties, taxes and customs fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.
